Subic is an exclusive industrial zone. It is duty free inside Subic, but the basic prices are so expensive so it's almost the same..
My personal opinion is that.. subic is the most safe and clean place in the philippines.
You can get here by 2 hours driving and one of the expressway you will have to pass by is SCTEX which is one of the best roads to drive in the philippines.
SCTEX stands for Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway.
The toll from Manila to Subic is more than 410 pesos.
